As part of the NSW Government’s $60 million Forest Infrastructure Repair Program, GCM was engaged by Forestry Corporation to deliver vital infrastructure upgrades in Kippara State Forest.

 

This project focused on improving access for both public use and emergency services following widespread flood damage across the state’s forest road network.

 

GCM successfully replaced a damaged timber bridge on Geary’s Flat Road with a durable, precast concrete structure designed for a 100-year lifespan.

 

In addition, the team undertook extensive road widening works to enhance vehicle access and safety.

 

Proudly sourcing local labour and materials, this project not only strengthened critical infrastructure but also supported regional jobs and contributed to the Mid North Coast economy.
