With over 35 years in the industry, Robert brings extensive experience across residential, civil, and commercial construction. After starting his career as a carpenter, he managed large-scale infrastructure projects before founding GCM in 2016. Robert leads the company with a strong focus on quality, integrity, and community impact.

Mason began his construction career in 2015 and has worked across NSW and QLD on projects ranging from commercial fit-outs to large-scale developments. With qualifications in building, project management, and civil construction, he now heads GCM’s Queensland branch, bringing local knowledge and hands-on expertise.
